Wonwoo Kim -  Founder and Lead Consultant

With over 20 years of experience in the food service industry, Wonwoo has led restaurant operations, franchise development, and business expansion across North America. He worked for more than 10 years at CJ Foodville USA, a global F&B company, where he served as the operations lead for the Western Region, overseeing restaurant operations across 13 states. In this role, he managed all stores and District Managers within the region and contributed to the company’s growth through operational excellence and strategic execution. He also gained extensive experience opening and operating restaurants in 57 cities across 17 states and provinces throughout the United States and Canada.

Andy Kim  Marketing and Hotel Expert

Andy is an accomplished marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. As the former Marketing Director at Shilla Hotel, Andy contributed to the success of Shilla Seoul and the company’s global initiatives through innovative strategies and leadership.

Chloe Juen-  BI, Design, and Restaurant Operations Specialist

Chloe brings over a decade of experience in restaurant branding and design, with a proven track record of helping businesses craft memorable and cohesive brand identities. Her expertise extends to business intelligence and operational efficiency, ensuring sustainable growth for her clients..
